ABOUT
Hi there! I'm Katie Giganti, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. After two decades in the corporate world as an art consultant—and more than 12 years parenting two amazing, neurodivergent kids—I felt a powerful pull to shift my professional path. In 2025, I answered that call and became a certified Neurodiversity Family Coach.
My coaching practice was born from a simple but meaningful goal: to help individuals and families thrive in their relationships, embrace their unique paths, and truly love themselves for who they are.
I completed my NDFC training through a neuro-affirming, ICF-accredited program, and discovered that my own ADHD is a surprising superpower in this work. I naturally tune in to emotional nuances and patterns, which allows me to support my clients in powerful, intuitive ways.
My coaching approach is strengths-based, compassionate, and deeply affirming. I believe in meeting each client where they are—acknowledging both the beauty and the real challenges of living with a neurodivergent mind. With my background as a visual artist, I also weave creativity into our sessions, using doodling and drawing as tools to help visualize obstacles and map out meaningful steps forward.
Whether you're navigating family dynamics, personal growth, or neurodivergent identity, I’m here to walk alongside you.
